These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dandelion Sphere website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. TARAXACUM ORBIS B.V., Prinsengracht 266, 1016 HH Amsterdam, Netherlands, is the seller of record.

Orders and Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Products

Each Dandelion Sphere is a unique handcrafted piece. Minor variations in colour, size, and texture are inherent to the work and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration purposes and the final piece may differ slightly.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for full details.

Warranty and Liability

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
